Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

All lessons must be scheduled in advance using the calender.
Payment is due before the start of each lesson or in pre-paid packages.
Payments can be made via PayPal, Zelle, CashApp, etc.].

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your lesson.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, the class will be charged.
Emergencies will be considered case by case.

3. Lateness

If you are late, the class will still end at the scheduled time.
If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, the class will be marked as missed and not refunded.

4. Missed Classes

Missed classes without notice are not refundable or transferable.

5. Teacher Cancellations

If I need to cancel a class, I will offer a reschedule or full refund.

6. Respect & Conduct

The Speakeasy is a safe and respectful space for all.
Disrespectful, hateful, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of classes without refund.

7. Lesson Materials & Copyright

Materials I create are for your personal use only.
The Speakeasy materials are copyright for personal use only.
Do not copy, sell, or share them without permission.

8. Privacy

Your personal information and progress will always be kept private.
I do not share student names, contact details, or personal stories without permission.

9. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated occasionally. I will let you know if there are any major changes.
